We successfully sued for a property company who were owed £120,000 for breach of contract. The Defendant fully contested the Claim which led to a 2 day trial. After hearing all the evidence, the Judge found in favour of our Client who was then able to successfully recover the £120,000 plus all costs associated with the Claim.
