Cyber Crime is an ever increasing risk to Businesses of all sizes, the Legal sector (like many areas) has been targeted with calls purporting to be from banks, interception of emails between firms and clients and fraudsters even taking on the name / identity of firms themselves.

The Importance of Terms and Conditions
Do you have Terms and Conditions and if so are they incorporated and being used effectively?
These can be an important weapon in your armoury in litigation, but more importantly you can claim interest on your overdue invoices.
If you claim a different interest rate to the statutory rate of 8% above the base rate, let us know.
Any interest you claim can offset the Court fees on issuing proceedings. On higher value claims this could be substantial.

Thank you very much for your recent hair donation. We are truly honoured to receive it.
We receive many cards and letters from families expressing their gratitude and telling us of the huge difference receiving a wig has made to their children’s lives.
In 2015 Little Princess Trust gave away over 850 free real hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland. Without your kind support and generosity this would not be possible.
Please find attached a certificate of thanks as a small token of our enormous appreciation.
