The Defendant had given a Personal Guarantee but when our Client claimed on the Guarantee, the Defendant disputed the validity of the Guarantee and defended the Claim up to Trial. On the second day of the Trial (after hearing overwhelming evidence from the Claimant’s witnesses), the Defendant conceded the Claim in full and agreed to pay the debt and all associated costs.
